Marina Skye, a Los Angeles native, has always been driven by a passion for storytelling through design. As a Clio Award-winning Set Designer and Creative Director, she has made her mark on some of the biggest stages and brands in the industry. From designing unforgettable sets for Davido’s campaign with Puma and Summer Walker on BBC, to SZA’s stunning performance on Jimmy Kimmel, Marina brings her signature creativity and bold vision to every project. Her bold approach shines through in crafting stages for iconic artists like Usher, Janelle Monáe, and 6lack, delivering striking visuals that elevate each performance.

Her journey began in the heart of LA, where her Creole roots and vibrant surroundings shaped her artistic vision. A proud alumna of Clark Atlanta University, Marina credits her time at the HBCU for refining her creative skills and fostering her love for visual storytelling. Now, through her Set Design and Creative Direction agency, Set by Skye, Marina continues to push boundaries. She’s collaborated with iconic brands like Air Jordan, Adidas, Puma, Budweiser, and Jameson, and lent her creative expertise to cultural landmarks such as Atlanta’s Trap Music Museum, Underground Atlanta, and the High Museum of Art.

Marina’s work is more than just design—it’s about creating immersive experiences, whether it’s a video shoot, a live performance, or a bespoke Airbnb setup. Her hands-on approach and keen eye for detail have made her one of the most sought-after creatives in the industry. Now based in Atlanta, she leads the creative vision for Saint & Citizen record label, continuing to elevate her craft and influence across the creative landscape.
